ARoL Service Description
at its basic level …
A caller – attempting to reach a roaming ARoL subscriber (callee) – is informed about the country where the callee is roaming and the local time there. No matter if the caller and the callee are subscribers of the same Mobile Operator or not.

In addition to being informed about the country where the callee is roaming and the local time there, the caller is offered the option of assuming roaming charges, allowing the callee to receive the call free of charge – provided that both (the caller and the callee) are subscribers of the same Mobile Operator.
